 Overlooking a lush garden, this exceptional 162m2 villa (excluding 85m² the pool area and 34m²outbuilding) offers you a unique experience, perfect for unforgettable stays with family or friends. As soon as you arrive, the warm atmosphere of our villa envelops you: bordered by a large tiled terrace, the Villa des Saules will amaze you with its half-timbered facades, exposed beams and architectural details that give it an authentic charm typical of Norman architecture.
On the ground floor, the bright and spacious living spaces are tastefully decorated in a "country chic" style, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The traditional, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious family meals while enjoying a breathtaking view of the pond and the surrounding garden. The living room and adjoining dining room, meanwhile, offer you an ideal setting for sharing moments of conviviality on the large sofa or around the imposing fireplace. A toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer complete the various rooms on the ground floor.
To access the upper floor, an imposing solid wood staircase leads you to three spacious bedrooms with dressing area, each carefully furnished and elegantly decorated, and equipped with large, comfortable beds. A master bedroom offers a large double bed (180 cm wide) as well as a private bathroom with toilet. Two other bedrooms also have a large double bed (160 cm) as well as a single bed (90 cm) for one of them. In addition, a small adjoining room provides an extra sofa bed, thus adding flexibility to the accommodation by adapting to everyone's needs. Finally, a bathroom in the hallway with shower and WC is available upstairs.
 External infrastructure
 In an outbuilding in the immediate vicinity of the villa, an indoor swimming pool heated in all seasons, allows you to relax and spend friendly moments with family or friends. Immerse yourself in its soothing waters, or sit on the lounge to enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding garden. A changing room with "jungle" decoration with shower, toilet and water point is adjoining it.
At the back of the villa, a gym and games room with many facilities is at your disposal, unless you prefer to practice the giant chess game outdoors… To do this, join the garden with trees and flowers to find it.
