This beautiful summer retreat rests on the tranquil shores of Tracadie Bay, where sweeping water views stretch in every direction and the rhythm of the tide sets the pace for your stay. Thoughtfully styled with timeworn coastal keepsakes, cozy artwork, and comfortable furnishings, the cottage exudes warmth and charm, instantly making you feel at home. Step outside to the waterfront deck, furnished for relaxing and dining, and take in uninterrupted views of the bay as you sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. Wander through the lush gardens, stroll along the sandy shoreline, or settle into one of the peaceful outdoor spaces as the ocean breeze washes your worries away. This is a place to slow down, reconnect, and create lasting Island memories.
Inside, a bright open-concept kitchen and living area flow seamlessly into a sun-filled dining sunroom, perfectly positioned to take in the bay views while you share meals or morning coffee. The cottage offers three welcoming bedrooms—two with queen beds and a third with a single-over-double bunk—making it an ideal choice for families or small groups. A centrally located full bathroom adds everyday convenience.
Set in a quiet and picturesque neighbourhood, the home is just a five-minute drive to Prince Edward Island National Park, where scenic trails and some of the Island’s most beautiful beaches await. You’re also close to Stanhope Golf Course, Fin Folk restaurant, and the beloved Richard’s Seafood, famous for its lobster rolls. Charlottetown is only 20 minutes away, with the airport just 15 minutes from the cottage.
For beach lovers, private shoreline access is available just two cottages down (facing the water, it’s to the left, as shown in the provided screenshot), making it easy to enjoy peaceful walks along the bay.

Bayside Breeze with Beach Access

My husband and I had the best time celebrating our 10y anniversary here! Truly a memorable house with so much thought put into the decor. It was just so cozy and we felt right at home. Waking up to the bay views and enjoying coffee on the pouch every morning was so beautiful and peaceful. The house was very clean and beds a little firm for our liking but not bad. There are some pretty strict rules you have to follow for trash sorting but they make it easy with a helpful guide. We found the location great for our daily excursions all over the island. We fell in love with the red little dirt roads that get you to the house. Overall we had the very best time here and hope to return one day!

10 year anniversary trip!

Alex's place is lovely - so nicely decorated and the location is absolutely stunning. It was incredible to be right by the water and look out all the windows to watch the herons and other wildlife. Morning coffee overlooking Tracadie Bay was a highlight. My kids loved being able to get down to the beach in two minutes to collect snails and swim. We had everything we needed and Alex was very responsive for any questions we had.

We would definitely go back!

The home was lovely. The decor was well cultivated and we felt totally immersed in the beach vibe. The views were wonderful. The house was well appointed. Alex was responsive and thoughtful.

We really loved our stay.

A charming cottage located in an ideal setting.
