Beach Hill Cottage is a charming and private getaway that captures the essence of Prince Edward Island, offering stunning water views from its spacious wraparound deck, and access to a small rocky beach steps from the cottage. Perfectly situated just 15 minutes from Cavendish and 30 minutes from Charlottetown, this peaceful retreat serves as an ideal home base for exploring PEI’s most beloved attractions, surrounded by pristine beaches, delicious dining, and activities for all ages.
Wake up to the gentle sight of fishing boats drifting by and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the serene waterfront atmosphere. This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage comfortably sleeps up to seven guests. The upper level features a spacious primary bedroom with a King bed and captivating water views, plus a second bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional Single bed. On the main level, there is&nbsp;a sofa bed, allowing the room to serve as both a sleeping area and a cozy TV room. A newly added sunroom provides a bright, inviting space for meals or relaxing after a day of adventure. 
The cottage includes all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, parking for 4–6 vehicles, and a BBQ for summer cookouts. The quiet, private lot offers plenty of greenspace for outdoor activities and peaceful moments.
While the property does not offer direct water access, a community access point to a rocky shoreline is within walking distance—perfect for scenic beach walks and enjoying the coastal atmosphere. For swimming, several excellent sandy beaches are nearby, including Barachois(e) Beach (a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive), North Rustico Beach, and more.
 Gallant’s Food Market and gas station are just 4 minutes away, while the charming North Rustico Community Market with its beloved bakery is only 8 minutes from your door. You’re a short 10-minute drive from the stunning shores of PEI National Park and North Rustico Beach, and just 7 minutes from Rustico Resort & Golf Club. The community of New Glasgow -&nbsp;home to Glasgow Hills Golf Course, the PEI Preserve Company, and famous lobster suppers - is only 10 minutes away. You’ll also be minutes from the local treasure of Barachois Beach. For family fun, Cavendish is just 15 km away, offering Shining Waters water park, Sandspit Amusement Park, the boardwalk, and more. Historic Charlottetown, with its vibrant dining and cultural attractions, is only 30 km away.
