The upper level features a spacious primary bedroom with a King bed and captivating water views, plus a second bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional Single bed. On the main level, there is&nbsp;a sofa bed, allowing the room to serve as both a sleeping area and a cozy TV room. A newly added sunroom provides a bright, inviting space for meals or relaxing after a day of adventure. 
The cottage includes all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, parking for 4–6 vehicles, and a BBQ for summer cookouts. The quiet, private lot offers plenty of greenspace for outdoor activities and peaceful moments.
While the property does not offer direct water access, a community access point to a rocky shoreline is within walking distance—perfect for scenic beach walks and enjoying the coastal atmosphere. For swimming, several excellent sandy beaches are nearby, including Barachois(e) Beach (a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive), North Rustico Beach, and more.
 Gallant’s Food Market and gas station are just 4 minutes away, while the charming North Rustico Community Market with its beloved bakery is only 8 minutes from your door. You’re a short 10-minute drive from the stunning shores of PEI National Park and North Rustico Beach, and just 7 minutes from Rustico Resort & Golf Club. The community of New Glasgow -&nbsp;home to Glasgow Hills Golf Course, the PEI Preserve Company, and famous lobster suppers - is only 10 minutes away.
