The home is divided into three separate units, including one long-term tenant on the main level and two private Airbnb suites—each with its own entrance for added privacy.
Avon is a warm and well-appointed one-bedroom unit, perfect for couples or small groups. It features a comfortable queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, a bright living room, and a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. A pullout queen sofa provides additional sleeping space, making the suite flexible for up to four guests. You’ll also enjoy WiFi, a television, and a dedicated dining area.
