Welcome to your perfect waterfront escape on the Northumberland Strait, home to some of the warmest saltwater swimming north of Virginia. Nestled directly on the shoreline, this spacious family cottage offers breathtaking panoramic views of the water, the Confederation Bridge, and Prince Edward Island from nearly every room.

Spend your days exploring the endless sandbars that emerge at low tide, swimming in the warm, shallow waters, or simply relaxing on one of two expansive waterfront decks. The full-width front deck and enormous west-facing side deck provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and unforgettable sunsets over the Strait. With plenty of outdoor seating and loungers, you'll always have a front-row seat to the view.

Inside, the cottage comfortably accommodates families and groups with four well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers added privacy with its own ensuite bathroom, while the bunk room is always a hit with younger guests. The bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to bring everyone together, featuring large bay windows that showcase the stunning waterfront scenery.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare family meals, whether you're cooking up fresh local seafood or enjoying a casual breakfast before a day at the beach. After a day outdoors, gather for board games, lawn games, or simply unwind while watching the sunset paint the water in brilliant colours.

Professionally maintained and cleaned, the cottage is thoughtfully stocked with beach toys, lawn games, and family-friendly amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

Ideally located for exploring the region, you're just minutes from some of New Brunswick's most popular attractions. Visit the nearby Cape Jourimain Nature Centre for hiking trails, dining, and spectacular bridge views, spend the day at Murray Beach Provincial Park, or explore the sandy shores of Cape Tormentine Beach. Prince Edward Island and all of its renowned beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and attractions are only a short drive across the Confederation Bridge.

Whether you're building sandcastles with the kids, enjoying a sunset drink on the deck, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting, this cottage offers the perfect Maritime getaway.
