The kitchen includes full-size appliances, plenty of prep space, and a dedicated coffee station to help start each morning right.
Also on the main floor are two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—both offering comfortable mattresses, quality linens, and tasteful coastal décor. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and convenient in-suite laundry complete the main level.
Step outside onto the rear deck, an extension of the home's living space that's perfect for summer evenings. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy meals outdoors, relax in the comfortable seating area, or keep your drinks chilled in the outdoor mini fridge while spending time with family and friends.
Upstairs you'll find a second living area that provides the perfect place to spread out. Complete with another Smart TV, comfortable sofa and chairs, plus a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer, it's equally suited for movie nights or catching up on a bit of work during your stay.
The upper level is home to the private primary suite, featuring a luxurious king bed and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like your own boutique hotel retreat. The adjoining bathroom includes a relaxing soaker tub—the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the Island. Please note that this bathroom does not have a shower.
Just outside the primary suite, step onto the upper balcony where you'll enjoy beautiful views of the nearby ocean. It's the ideal spot for your morning coffee, an afternoon book, or an evening glass of wine while taking in the sea breeze.
One of the home's greatest features is its unbeatable location. You're just a short stroll from Penderosa Beach, one of PEI's hidden gems, where warm waters, red sand, and peaceful shoreline await.
