Villa Rising Sun

We had a fantastic stay in an amazing location! Our hosts went above and beyond to meet our needs. They researched, organized, and scheduled all our excursions and even handled an unexpected flat tire, making everything effortless for us. They were kind, friendly, and always available without ever being intrusive. We highly recommend this home for a vacation stay and look forward to returning!

Amazing Location!!!

We had a blast ! Mark, Sabrina and Dean were the "Host with the most" LOVED IT ! The amenities were on point and my wife and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay anywhere . We couldn't "BELIZE" how fun it really was.

Everything about this family holiday exceeded our expectations! The hosts were and property are both top notch! The home is well equipped and comfortable, though honestly we spent most of our time enjoying the beach, bar, and town of Hopkins. The hosts had great adventure recommendations, and the adventure staff couldn’t have been better. We absolutely loved Villa Rising Sun and our hosts! 10/10

Exceeded our expectations!

The place was big, clean, and well-stocked. The outside bar area was nice and convenient. Even when it was raining (as it did every day at some point), we could still sit outside and enjoy coffee or a drink under the bar covering. The place was perfect for our family. The VIP document was helpful with local info. All 3 of them did insist on being there for check-in and a tour of the property, and that was kind of awkward… but they were all very nice and helpful. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in the Hopkins area.

Would definitely recommend this place

I can't imagine a better vacation rental experience. Villa Rising Sun is
everything shown on the listing with no compromises or surprises. The villa is
spacious, clean, cool with the private beach and bar a few steps away. The
attentiveness by the hosts was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced
or would expect from a host. Their complimentary planning service made things
so much easier to plan. They have done the research and know the local
businesses, tour guides and individuals, like Shelly, that cooked us an
excellent meal of freshly caught fish. Dean handled the coordination of our
excursions that had to be rearranged due to weather, so that all I did was
respond to his email when I got around to checking them. The hosts are active
members of the community and it was nice to hear their perspective and benefit
from it. I could go on about Hopkins, Belize as well. I'll just say, we ended
up on this trip a bit randomly, but it was our families favorite of the past 20
years and Villa Rising Sun and it's amazing hosts had a lot to do with that

I can't imagine a better vacation rental experience
