Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The capacity of VV La Niña is four guests maximum (babies from 0.1 to 2 years old do not pay), visits or celebrations are not allowed and we recommend lowering the noise level from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Do not deposit papers or wipes in the toilet, we have provided a trash can for you in the bathroom.
It is likely that any piece of the dishes will break, please let us know so we can replace it as soon as possible.
Before leaving the house, remember to leave all dirty clothes in the bucket located next to the washing machine and throw away the accumulated garbage in the municipal containers and the keys to the accommodation can be left on the living room table.

Lieben Dank!

Alles super!

This place is very nice and close to the beach! The house is clean en the owner is a very adorable man. The parking is for free so if you rent a car, you can park it in de neighborhood. The location is perfect! You can walk to restaurants and soms nice ice-cream shop.

Very nice
