Renovated 4-bedroom heritage home across from Picton Harbour, walkable to downtown. Set across from Picton Harbour and just a short walk to Main Street, this renovated heritage home is made for guests who want the County close at hand. Restaurants, shops, cafés, the Regent Theatre, waterfront walks, and local favourites are all nearby - with wineries, beaches, breweries, and farm stands a short drive away. Inside, the home balances historic character with thoughtful updates: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a roomy kitchen, a long dining table, and enough space for families or friends to gather without feeling crowded. There’s art throughout, a fenced backyard, sunny decks, and plenty of corners for reading, coffee, or a slower morning before heading back out. Guests tend to notice the balance: walkability, comfort, and space. Tara-Kay wrote that the house was “spacious but still really cozy” and close to “shops, restaurants & little spots to explore.” Joelle called out the hosts’ “attention to detail,” while Dave said the house was “very clean” and had everything needed for a three-night stay. Peter summed it up simply: “Beautiful inside and out.” Best suited for guests who want to park the car, wander into town, then come home to a place with room to settle in. Highlights

Good to Know This is a heritage home with stairs, character, and older-house proportions. It is not suitable for parties, loud music, or disruptive events. Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety. Please be mindful of neighbours and quiet hours, especially outdoors. Hosted with Care HOM began with a single stay in 2017 and has grown into a small, family-run collection across Brooklyn, Toronto, and Prince Edward County. Throughout the years, we’ve welcomed thousands of guests, earned hundreds of five-star reviews, achieved Airbnb Superhost status since the start, and had one of our homes recognized among Canada’s top vacation rentals. More than anything, we simply love hosting - and hope every guest feels that care from the moment they arrive. Giving Back Animal welfare is close to our hearts. Inspired by the life of our beloved pup Neeko who brought us together, a portion of proceeds from every HOM stay supports Neeko's Animal Welfare Foundation, a fund we created to help charities provide safety, relief, and care for animals in need.

The Heritage Home

Bright and clean with century home charm. Lovely outdoor sitting areas. So easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. Right across from the harbour. Would highly recommend for girls weekend away or family trip.

Bright and Clean

Super emplacement! Nous avons adoré notre expérience chez The Dans. La maison était magnifique, l’emplacement nous a aussi permis de profiter de tous les attraits de Picton à distance de marche. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Hosts Responded within a Minute or Two!

House was a nice place for our group of 6. Great space inside and out. Kitchen was great, we were able to cook dinner easily-lots of pots and pans. We felt it had a cottage feel, allowed us to have fun. The few questions I had were promptly answered by the Dans. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Would Definitely Stay Here Again
