14-person wine country retreat near the water, with yoga and wellness studio. Recognized by VRBO as one of Canada’s top vacation rentals, The Farmhouse Retreat is a large-scale County stay designed for gathering. Set on more than a dozen acres, with open fields, an old barn, a private forest trail, shoreline, and a yoga studio available by request, it offers the kind of space that changes the pace of a trip. Inside, the farmhouse is calm, bright, and expansive: seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living areas, a large kitchen, and a long dining table that becomes the centre of the stay. It works beautifully for extended families, friend groups, retreats, milestone weekends, and guests who want room to be together - and room to step away. Guests consistently call out how well the house works for groups. Jennifer wrote that it was “exceptionally well equipped and clearly designed for hosting large groups,” with a dining table “practically begging for family-style meals.” Allan loved the “classic farmhouse vibe with a modern aesthetic,” especially the “space and different sitting areas.” Nadya called it “fantastic for a large group,” noting the farm table, two fridges, and access to water. Outside, spend slow mornings on the porch, gather for dinner on the deck, light a bonfire under the stars, walk the fields, or follow the trail through the trees toward the shoreline. The shoreline is beautiful and natural, with a narrow, rocky shoreline - best for guests who appreciate a rustic County landscape rather than a groomed beach. The yoga and wellness studio can be added for retreats, private classes, or group movement sessions. Use is by request and requires an additional cleaning fee. Highlights

Good to Know This is a rural farmhouse on a large natural property. The shoreline is beautiful but narrow and rocky, not a groomed beach. The yoga studio is available by request and requires an additional cleaning fee. Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the property for safety. The home is not suitable for parties, loud music, or disruptive events, and guests are expected to respect quiet hours and neighbours. Hosted with Care HOM began with a single stay in 2017 and has grown into a small, family-run collection across Brooklyn, Toronto, and Prince Edward County. Throughout the years, we’ve welcomed thousands of guests, earned hundreds of five-star reviews, achieved Airbnb Superhost status since the start, and had one of our homes recognized among Canada’s top vacation rentals. More than anything, we simply love hosting - and hope every guest feels that care from the moment they arrive. Giving Back Animal welfare is close to our hearts. Inspired by the life of our beloved pup Neeko who brought us together, a portion of proceeds from every HOM stay supports Neeko's Animal Welfare Foundation, a fund we created to help charities provide safety, relief, and care for animals in need.

The Farmhouse Retreat

We were lucky enough to snag this gorgeous property for our annual get together. The location was perfect... about a 15 minute drive into Picton but far enough out of town to be surrounded by fields and beautiful old outbuildings. The house was spacious, bright, clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the host was always quick to respond and was very accommodating. We appreciated the special touches like baskets full of cozy throws for the cool evenings. We loved our time here and highly recommend it!

We Loved Our Time Here

Our stay was lovely. Lots of space for adults and kids to socialize and play. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook every meal and we cooked lots. Host was friendly and accommodating. I loved the veggie garden out front and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

Hosts Were Friendly and Accommodating

Great place, exactly as advertised in the pictures and description. Lots of room and space for everywhere. Very well equipped kitchen. Very peaceful area. Ideal for a PEC getaway with extended family or friends. Communication with owner was excellent.

Exactly As Advertised

12 of us stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for four nights to celebrate 10 years of friendship. The house absorbed us beautifully with plenty of sleeping options. The farmhouse is just charming, it is well equipped with seating and space for a large group. We did not take advantage of the on site yoga studio it looks amazing but definitely enjoyed the property with a wonderful walk to steps down to the water and interesting barns and outbuildings. The Dans as hosts were just excellent.

Hosts Were Just, Excellent

Really enjoyed our stay. I hosted 8 other people and the Dans' had everything I needed to make this happen. There is lots of space and no one felt crowded or like they didn't have a place to go to be alone.
The hosts were friendly and quick to communicate, which made the whole experience smooth.
Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend for Group Retreat
