The Carriage Barn

I have been fortunate to be a return guest. The carriage house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Lovely easy walk to Church St and restaurants. Mary Ann is gracious and welcoming and her garden is spectacular. Enjoy!

We have stayed with Mary Ann several times and it never disappoints. Her unit if lovely, comfortable, clean and welcoming. You feel right at home, you are close to downtown and many other activities and conveniences. We always return here when we can. Thank you Mary Ann!

Comfortable stay

This was our second stay here and we could not happier! The first visit was a few years ago when we rented the studio apartment and this time we enjoyed the Carriage Barn. Mary Ann has appointed both of these spaces beautifully and we always feel so comfortable and cared for! We stayed a week and spent our days out and about in the chilly November weather. The Carriage Barn has a fabulous gas fireplace that makes the space so cozy. From the deck, we could see Lake Champlain and all the way over into the Adirondacks in NY. Mary Ann not only supplied us with delicious coffee, but had organic oat milk for me, as well. We look forward to returning soon, as our son works for UVM and we definitely intend to stay here when we can. Thank you Mary Ann!

Home away from Home -

This was my and my husband's first trip to Vermont and we had such a wonderful stay! The Carriage Barn came will all the essentials for a comfortable stay and then some. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and laundry areas - so nice not to have to worry about little things like spices, measuring cups, and laundry detergent on vacation! The location was also perfect - very easy to walk into town to coffee shops, restaurants, and Church St. Marketplace. Loved having a peek at the lake and mountains through the trees just off the deck, too! Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Burlington Bliss

My husband and I grew up in the Burlington area but moved to FL two years ago. This was our first time returning to our home town for an extended stay. The Carriage Barn was perfect! We loved that it is in a safe, walkable neighborhood and so beautifully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to grill on the peaceful private deck. Mary Ann could not have been more accommodating and responsive. We will be back next summer! Thank you!!
