The "Hoot Haus" is Quintessential Colorado!

Great spot in mountain village, convenient to everything. Well outfitted and super clean. Great record player setup!

Great record collection!

Host will send you an incredibly comprehensive interactive welcome guide well in advance of your arrival that will leave no question unanswered. Host was extremely responsive to questions as well. If you want ski-in/ski-out that is walkable to restaurants and other things to do, this is as good of a location as you will find in Telluride/Mountain Village. The record player, the owl motif, and the pizza place directly downstairs definitely make you feel like you have something unique in the middle of Mountain Village.

Something unique in the middle of Mountain Village!

Great place to stay in mountain village. Right in the middle of the village core. Easy walk everywhere. Parking was easy and very close. Ski in and out at the bottom of the stairs. Been here before and will keep coming back.

Center of Mountain Village

We loved everything about our stay at the Hoot Haus. Luke was better organized than any property manager I have ever rented from. From the quick and through communication, to the through guide of the property, Luke has th0ought through everything. The property is fantastic. So thoughtfully designed, right down to the record player and owl theme. It had everything we need in the kitchen, and throughout the house. Note, access to the loft is via a ladder, so keep that in mind if that's an issue for anyone in your party. I think the property is especially suitable for families given the 1 bedroom, but loft and sleeper sofa situation. Location is truly in the heart of Mountain Village, with the plaza it overlooks the hub of many events, including movies and live bands in the park. The parking situation was better than expected. A very short walk from the unit (once you get your bearings).

Loved everything

The Hoot Haus was PERFECT!!! It was in the best location - ski in/ski out, a couple minute walk to the Gondola to get to town, and surrounded by all the restaurants/bars/coffee shops/spas/ski shops in Mountain Village. The condo was clean and Luke set us up with coffee, snacks, beer and wine. My husband and I loved how easy it was to literally step out of our condo and onto the slopes. Hopefully we'll be back to Telluride soon - and we'll definitely be booking this place again.

Love the HOOT!
