THE SPACE: This split level condo has easy ground floor access from exclusive Depot Street. Enter into an open floorplan that includes a full kitchen, breakfast bar, 1/2 bath, living room, gas fireplace, and small dining area. Lots of natural light shines through large south and west facing windows with views of the historic train depot, the ski area, and Telluride's iconic Ballard Peak. 
Access the downstairs via an in-unit spiral staircase or traditional stairs in the interior hallway immediately outside the unit. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-twin bunk bed combination. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a locking ski rack for guest use. 
 There is a small gym including a Peloton in the building and free boot warmers. New owners’ upgrades since July 2025 make this great Telluride condo even better. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have instant access to the BEST of Telluride with Telluride Gold as a basecamp! We provide a parking space with every stay and guests will enjoy a car-free adventure with this location. Within a block's walk you will encounter our free gondola, a ski lift, historic main street, hiking trailheads, world class dining and the tranquil river trail along the San Miguel River.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This unit is roughly 700 sq/ft and is efficient, comfortable and split out over 2 levels. The location is superb and the off street parking ensures you can "set it and forget it" when it comes to your car! You can walk everywhere in town in minutes.

Telluride Gold: 2bd/2.5bth STEPS to the gondola!

This is my new favorite spot in town! Best location on quiet end of Townsend next to the old train depot and a block from the gondola! Place has been nicely updated and it was just so perfect for my and my husband and our week of exploring the area! 

Cute and cozy

Great location in Telluride with short work to Gondola and main street/shops. Property was clean and overall well maintained. The internal staircase was a bit of a challenge for getting down to the bedrooms on the lower level but there is another set of external stairs that can be used.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Telluride Gold! Wild Oak Telluride is the best rental company we have ever worked with! We really felt like we were talking to family and they made the rental experience comfortable, easy and super efficient. We had a major delay because of weather and Wild Oak Telluride communicated with us through out the day. It meant so much to us that our rental management company was there for us. The condo is darling, has every amenity you could possibly want. The beds were very, very comfortable, wonderful bedding, and towels what we absolutely adored was the heated floors. What a special touch! Super close to everything in town, very convenient to the gondola, restaurants, and shops. The hot tub was fabulous and we even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. I Wish I could leave 10 stars instead of five. We have rented vacation properties all over the nation for many many years and this was probably my best experience. Can’t wait to come back! Highly highly recommend this rental and Wild Oak Telluride rental company.

Absolutely the BEST!

We took our 3 kids with us and had a ball.  Location couldn't be beat, hot tub was perfect and the unit had such charm and looked to be recently updated.  "Telluride Gold" is perfectly named and we will definitely be back.
