Sunnyside Studio w/ hot tub!

The studio was perfect for a couples retreat, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and activities. Best communication of any vacation rental in our experience.

Best communication we've seen

We came to ski and Luke’s place was perfect. Great kitchen with everything you need! It’s also so close to the grocery store and lift up. We did store our skis and boots on the mountain as it was easier. Perfect spot for 2!

Great kitchen with everything you need

Sunnyside studio was the perfect spot for our 3 night stay in Telluride. The studio is perfectly appointed with all you need for a self-catering stay and is within a few minutes walk to the grocery store. However if you fancy dining out it is also only a short stroll to downtown and plenty of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to the gondola and chair access for skiing as well. We loved our stay at Sunnyside and hope to come back again.

Perfectly appointed!

We’ve stayed in this apartment complex a couple of other times at different apartments. This one was by far our favorite! I loved the large studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s also such a small thing, but they made sure to have plenty of extra TP, towels, and ample kitchen supplies!

So many extras!

Conveniently located, unit was well presented and clean. 100 yds to lift 7 and Telluride sports for rentals. Manager was accessible and responsive. Had trouble getting heat in lower bathroom and kitchen to work but the unit had extra portable space heaters which we utilized. Would stay again.

Exactly as advertised, and then some!
