Prepare to be swept off your feet, both literally and figuratively! This stunning San Juan cabin sits at 9,300 feet and hosts views that will take your breath away. Aside from its picturesque setting, this alpine escape cabin offers 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a gorgeous Western interior, making it the perfect escape for a couple's getaway in the mountains. Brand new washer and dryer just installed in May 2026. The writer's retreat is a postcard away from the legendary mountain towns of Telluride, Ridgway and Ouray!

The Writers Retreat: Style & Solitude

Wonderfully peaceful cabin in the San Juan Mountains. Was out here by myself, and couldn’t have asked for a more quiet and beautiful setting. All the amenities you need for being out there, with internet speeds more than sufficient. Loved having easy access to trails. Luke and his crew were exceptionally accommodating as well to a scheduling change on my end. Quick to respond and great hosts. Would gladly stay here again

Wonderfully peaceful

Incredible experience! We loved this home. Quiet and peaceful and totally more beautiful and relaxing than words can describe. Great hosts and amenities at the house. Really liked the local freshly ground coffee. :)

Quiet & Peaceful

We stayed for 4 nights in the cabin and it was a truly incredible experience. Beautiful surrounding area, private and cozy, and enough amenities to feel fully comfortable. Just what we wanted to experience a getaway in the CO mountains. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone who wants to visit CO and have a secluded stay experience that has a lot to offer.

Truly Incredible

This place is top notch, we were blown away by the location and so many nice touches like comfy furniture/bed, soft sheets, soft tp, a milk steamer, friendly neighbors, it’s the little things sometimes :) we loved this place, hope to see availability next year, as we Airbnb in Ridgway often, we will return!

Blown away
