Ballard Basecamp: Steps to ALL!

This is one of the rare times where what you see is truly what you get. The photos, information, literally everything was accurate. Wild Oak took great care of us, and was available if ever needed. We’re very grateful to have booked with them, and should we ever return in the future, we’ll be booking again with them!

Great place to stay in Telluride. The parking situation is incredible, the ski lockers are helpful, and Luke is very responsive.

Perfect location!

This condo was so perfect for our fall getaway! The location of the Ballard House CANNOT be beat being steps to the river trail, main street and the free gondola! We parked our car in the garage and did not touch it once during our 5 day stay. The unit is quiet and very comfortable and the views from the bedroom made it hard to get out each morning. Loved the welcome beers as well...Thanks Wild Oak!

Love this spot!
