The Ice House: Luxury & Location w/ pool & hot tub

Super cute, fresh, clean, and modern! Perfect location. Can’t wait to stay here again! 10/10 recommend for picky short term rental folks. One of the best we’ve stayed in!

Perfection

WOW… this beautiful remodeled condo was perfect for all our activities and dining in the town of Telluride. You can’t beat the location!!! You can walk to everything and the gondola is only 2 blocks away. The pool, spa and underground parking are a plus. We will definitely be back!

Awesome location!

We come to Telluride every spring to spend time with our kids/grandkids and this was our first time at the Ice House. WOW! What a place this is! This unit was a slice of San Juan heaven nestled up against the San Miguel River and wetlands. The unit itself is thoughtfully and tastefully designed and was beyond our expectations in comfort! Luke and his Wild Oak team have been taking care of us for years and elevated this years' visit by sharing this special place with me and my local family. Thanks Wild Oak!

Splendid place in Telluride!

We've always wanted to stat in the Ice House complex given it's proximity to the gondola and main street so when we found this condo we POUNCED! Expectations were beyond exceeded! This unit is quiet and uber comfortable. The deck overlooking the wetlands was like a National Geographic experience each morning. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the kids and LOVED that we could be on a hiking trail within 30 seconds of walking out the door. Thanks Luke and crew for our first of many stays here at the Ice House!

Best place we've stayed!
