Sail View Villa | St. John

Very comfortable bed and great kitchen. Enjoyed our stay very much. Really, the driveway is no big deal. Very easy to pull in and turn around and head straight out. Emma was very responsive to our concerns and very helpful.

Nice house

This was a very charming and beautiful place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood so you can have your privacy or a short drive to either Cruz Bay or Coral Bay if you prefer more of a bustling atmosphere. The large balcony overlooks Coral Bay and the views are stunning. The outdoor furniture on both the balcony and deck are very comfortable and can easily accommodate a small group. The large kitchen and dining room table are great for a family or a few couples to hang out, chat, eat, play games, etc. All 3 bedrooms had air conditioning and plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. The downstairs bedrooms each had a refrigerator and a coffee maker so you could enjoy a morning coffee without having to go upstairs. I will for sure be a returning visitor. Love this place.

A home away from home.

Sail View Villa had a wonderful view of Coral Bay. Only about 3 minutes from downtown which was great. Karen was extremely helpful and got back to us immediately when needed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.Thank You Karen

Sail View

From start to finish this home and experience exceeded our expectations. The home is extremely well appointed with all the amenities you could need, including beach towels, chairs, coolers, noodles and so much more. I appreciated the kitchen and its accessories- everything you need to make any meal. The beds were comfortable and the separate space downstairs allowed our teens to have their own space. The decor and furniture are tasteful. The location was perfect. Secluded, quiet and grocery and restaurants easily accessible. Will definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sail View. The villa was well stocked and matched the description and pictures. Karen was super responsive when we had an issue with the oven and grill and sent someone out the same day to fix both. The location is very private and peaceful with a good view of Coral Bay. As expected for this side of the island the driveway is very steep with several sharp turns but with a 4WD it wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need although keep in mind that without air conditioning the main living area where is the kitchen is will be extremely hot. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms which was great although the bed in the master bedroom is very hard so if you have back issues you may prefer one of the downstairs bedrooms. All in all, it was a great stay and I highly recommend!
