Welcome to Your Nest Adventure!
This cozy (yup, 'cozy' is a euphemism for small) bungalow is flooded with natural light that highlights the blend of original Craftsman details, industrial, boho, and whimsical accents. You are approx. 20 mins from all San Diego has to offer; beaches, hiking, culture, cuisine, and world class ed/med facilities. Charming downtown La Mesa is just a short stroll away with its Friday afternoon Farmers Market and great restaurants.

Longer stays are well served here!
The Property:
This nest was designed with longer stays in mind; everything you could need to feel at home is at your fingertips. So, whip up a great meal in your well stocked kitchen, enjoy the sunset from your fenced courtyard, or lounge in pillowy comfort.
Guest Access:
You have exclusive use of your fenced courtyard, and two dedicated, off-street parking spaces. There is also a very large front area that (will eventually) include a pergola, fire pit, and BBQ that all three units in this tidy triplex community can access.
Other items:
We want you to fully enjoy Your Nest Adventure! In order to ensure all guests remain comfy, please note: No smoking within your bungalow or anywhere on premises. The plumbing is antique. Please only flush TP. Even 'flushable' wipes need to go in the bin or we will all suffer the consequences. Super loud parties that go late into the night are a no-no, but please feel free to share the space with trusted folks who will treat the bungalow and courtyard as their own. Be respectful of your neighbors, but enjoy yourselves! The grey and blue garbage cans go on the street Monday for a Tuesday pickup. I am working hard to improve the curb appeal, especially with regard to the yard and parking areas. Please don't be put off by the shabby, lived in look of the front yard or the on-line images. Clean up is in progress! Also, this space is ideal for longer stays, but if you work from home, it might not be perfect for you since the only desk is essentially a robust folding table. Finally: SAND... Yes, the beach is incredible but sand is a nightmare! For beach days, please only use the beach towels available in your linen closet. Shake those suckers out before bringing them in or tossing them in the laundry. Before re-entering, please use the hose in your courtyard to rinse off as best as humanly possible. Some residual sand is totally understandable but please do your best to remove as much as possible. Please, always feel free to reach out for any reason. My goal is that you to enjoy your stay, however long it is.
