Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.
The tiny house may be occupied by a long-term tenant. We don't expect this to interfere with your stay but don't be surprised if you see someone in the back parking and walking to his tiny house. Message us with any problems.
The minimum air conditioning temperature is 74 degrees. Do not put the air lower than 74 degrees. The back room does not have central air and has a split unit. Leave the split unit running. To keep the back bedroom warm, use the space heater in that room. There is no central heat in the back bedroom.

When you book, we will require some information from you in the message thread. Read on to be prepared.
This is not a place for a party. We are set-up for residential use. Fines from the city related to noise or the number of guests will be passed along to you. The tiny house in the backyard is rented by someone else.
Because this home is located in the south in Georgia, bugs/roaches may be seen sporadically. We do however do pest control treatments regularly! We do not give refunds for bugs since we disclose this fact. However, we respond to requests for pest control.
