It has a fully equipped kitchen with island, and a comfortable living room. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, a stylish bathroom, and a seperate office with screen. The watermolen is inspired by the paintings from Van Gogh the Dutch watermills. Watermolen is a spacious two-story apartment thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. Each room has its own character, blending modern design with subtle historical and artistic touches.&nbsp;

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which is located on the second and third floor of the building. You will also have private access to the rooftop terrace, offering stunning views over Utrecht. The apartment is completely self-contained, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The access through the main door is with a keycode. So, you can checkin at any time you please.&nbsp;
