Our stay at "Jade by the Sea Villa" was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peace and comfort. The villa is beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern amenities and coastal charm. Every detail—from the tasteful décor to the thoughtfully equipped spaces—made our stay effortless and relaxing.

The location is unbeatable: just steps away from the sea, with breathtaking views that made mornings and evenings unforgettable. The villa was spotless, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace, relaxing inside, or exploring the surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Their hospitality made a huge difference and added a personal touch to our experience.

Sve je bilo savršeno,idealna kuca na obali mora,sa svim potrebnim stvarima za boravak kao kod kuće.Privatna plaža,mir,idealno mjesto za odmor sa malom djecom.Vlasnica vodila računa o svim potrebnim stvarima za idealan odmor kako u kući,tako i oko nje. Savršeno.

Pros:
Very nice place, just on the beach. The beach is almost private, convinient for children, chair and umbrella, 50-70 meters to crouded beach bar, but the noice is not disturbing. Big veranda on the first floor, and balcony on the second, and BBQ in the yard. Very comfortable house, equiped with kitchen with all the needed stuff, livingroom with fireplace (if you go in autumn months), 3 rooms and 2 baths, laundry. Very polite and supportive host (Thanks Sakis!). 15min walking to Pefkohori supermarkets. Many lovely cats there, so you need to keep outdoor tables free of goodies. 
Cons: 
Some stones in the sea, but not sharp and hurtful, other people didn't, but we've used our sea ​​shoes. The garden can be improved, but even in the current state is nice.
