In absolute calm, this magnificent Provencal house dominates the Forest of Vence with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. The relaxing charm of this haven of peace welcomes you as soon as you arrive!

On 2 levels, the ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace and fully equipped open kitchen, with access to the typical Provencal stone terrace. On the other side, the master bedroom with its spacious bathroom and shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one with its own small terrace, and 2 bathrooms. The whole house has been redone and tastefully decorated in a style both sober, elegant, and contemporary.
At the lower part of the property, the pool area has been designed as a peaceful retreat, where you can fully relax to the soothing sounds of the Provençal forest. Several natural outdoor spaces are also available throughout the property, allowing everyone to find their own quiet corner to unwind.

Located in the town of Saint Paul de Vence, the location is perfect to discover this small corner of the French Riviera, where you will find both the warmth and the sun of the beaches but also the calm and freshness of the many mountains and rivers nearby. 
5 minutes from the village of Saint Paul de Vence and La Colle sur Loup and shops. 20 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from the motorway entrance of Cagnes sur Mer.
