Master room also have 65" smart TV. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy. If you prefer hands-on entertainment, we have a beautiful Pool table where you can challenge your friends and family to a game! While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Any residual substance from smoking or vaping inside the house will be subject to a fine or $450 to cover the additional cleaning costs. SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE: *There is a video camera in the front door; on top of garage and backyard. Camera always recording for security reasons. We do have access to the videos in case there are discrepancies with number of guests, pets, etc. The community has strict noise ordinances. Please observe the quiet hours to respect the neighbors, quiet hour rules from 10pm to 7am. We DO NOT allow parties or any unauthorized guests without prior permission of the hosts. If you ignore the local laws, house rules, or violate Airbnb policy, we will cancel the remainder of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Any fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be the responsibility of the guest. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $200. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Each damaged towel will be charged $50, damage linens will be charged $100 Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and / or eviction from the property. This property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitized serviced for every guest who books with Us! The home will always be stocked with bath towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We walked into a calm and clean feeling environment…. Made my granddaughters birthday weekend a special one.

A Perfect Birthday Weekend

Very nice place but beware of the stairs. There were a lot of stairs in the house lol. I came for a cheer competition with my cheer team. The host was very nice understand that there will be kids there.

Spacious & Cheer-Team Friendly

Emily’s place was amazing. All of the photos are accurate and the neighborhood was great. The home is large and I recommend it if you’re traveling with a large group. It’s also close to the freeway so the strip is a 5 minute car ride away. There are also great local restaurants near bar if you’re looking for great off strip restaurants. Emily was a great host as well. The home was very clean and she provided everything we needed for our stay. She was there for any questions we had and even allowed us to check in early. Again, I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a large group or friends or with kids.
