This modern, ground floor studio in Broughty Ferry is just one street away from the stunning Tay Estuary.

Fully furnished, and with a full size double fold out sofa-bed, this property offers plenty space for up to two people.

The Studio provides an ideal location for a stay in Broughty Ferry, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.

Suitable for long or short term stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large kitchen for a property of this size, modern bathroom, and lounge which doubles as the bedroom. The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos) while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. There are two large cupboards offering plenty of storage space and for hanging clothes. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.

There is a well stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals (inc. washer). All bed linen, towels, Unlimited Wifi, utilities etc are included for your stay.

Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door but Broughty Ferry is an extremely popular area and it can be difficult to find a space. You can however usually find a space in one of the surrounding streets just a few minutes walk 
away. There is a large Supermarket just around the corner.

Situated just a 3 minute walk from the town’s most popular cafes, bars, restaurants on Broughty Ferry High Street, you can walk one street across onto the popular Coastal Walk, turning left towards Broughty Ferry Castle and the ‘Sandy Beach’ esplanade, or turn right towards the Royal Tay Yacht Club along the ‘Stoney Beach’.

With the house being located on the coastal walking and cycle route, there are several key attractions nearby including; Castle Green children's play area, Broughty Castle, both beaches and the Esplanade. Amongst the many restaurants and 15 local pubs is the award-winning Tayberry restaurant, Bruach Cocktail Bar and sevral quality take-aways if you wish to make the most of your own dining area. The Fishermans Tavern is a visitors favorite and is right around the corner. 

This is also a popular spot for Golfers with the famous Links course of Carnoustie, St Andrews and Kingsbarns just a short drive away, along with Panmure golf club and Balumbie very close by.

This is an absolute gem in a great location. Can not recommend enough and such a helpful host. Would highly recommend.

The most amazing little ground floor apartment. Neil has been the nicest and most helpful airbnb host we have had. You are a 2 minute walk from the Main Street which has a lot of options for food etc we went to Bruach & Forgans (both amazing for dinner and drinks).

You are also less than a minute walk from the beach, everything is in walking distance . The apartment itself is super clean, and very modern. We will defo be eager to stay again and cannot fault the property.
