Location, location, location! This cottage is perfect for your family, kids and guests!
The ELCO BEACHFRONT cottage is a desired premium location at the Sun Communities Resort retreat at Sherkston Shores Beach Resort.
- Plenty of private outdoor space for this cottage includes a large patio deck, propane BBQ and propane fire table, private grassy side yard
- Fully furnished private 2 BDRM cottage sleeps 8 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room with a pull across screen for privacy. The add-a-room has a pull out sofa, second dining table and TV. 
- The fully equipped kitchen has counter space for prep work, a dining table, and opens up to the living room…a comfortable space to enjoy!&nbsp; It also has a dish washer,&nbsp;Keurig pod and regular coffee makers. 
- Air conditioning&nbsp; and&nbsp; 5 ceiling fans, 60” smart TV, and internet.
- The entire cottage is for private use of guests.
- Lifted golf cart included, two private parking spots. 
- We will supply linens, however, we kindly ask that guests bring their own face and bath towels, personal toiletries, and any other essentials they may require during their stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and had excellent communication from start to finish — very welcoming and understanding, even going out of their way to accommodate us when we had a bit of a family emergency last minute. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything worked perfectly, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. The location was great too — peaceful, convenient, and close to everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway!

Lovely water front property - cozy n clean.

We had a wonderful week at Roxane’s beach house. It was clean, spacious, extremely well equipped and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Roxane is a great communicator and really made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Hope to stay here again in summers to come.
