Zorba Penthouse – The jewel of the property!

Zorba Penthouse is an exclusive 2-bedroom seafront retreat offering unmatched privacy, serenity, and sweeping views over Tulum Beach. Perched above the white sand and turquoise Caribbean, this 1,800 sq ft private haven delivers a true bird’s-eye perspective of the sea—sunrises, passing birds, and endless horizon from your front-row perch.
Thoughtfully designed to connect every room to the natural beauty outside, the penthouse blends organic materials and artistic details with Tulum’s relaxed coastal spirit. Elevated above the beach, it offers rare tranquility while remaining fully immersed in the sights and sounds of the sea.
Ideal for two couples or a family, the layout includes one king bedroom and one queen bedroom with built-in bunk beds, both with private ensuite bathrooms and dreamy custom showers.
Your stay includes daily housekeeping and concierge service. The penthouse is accessed via a private exterior staircase, adding to its sense of exclusivity (guests must be comfortable with stairs).
As a Zorba guest, enjoy private beachfront access, loungers and poufs, a property swimming pool, and a guest-only Taco & Breakfast Bar.
The Zorba Penthouse is truly the crown jewel of the property—a serene, elevated escape directly above the Caribbean Sea.

Zorba Penthouse

This place is a dream. It’s so beautiful and easy and clean and Rite on the beach very easy to walk the beach from your place. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This place is a dream.

Great accommodation! We lacked nothing, and we can recommend the accommodation without reservation. Everything was exactly as described.
Tolle Unterkunft! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft ausnahmslos empfehlen. Es war alles so wie beschrieben

Tolle Unterkunft! Great accommodation!

We found this little piece of paradise on a last minute whim for Spring Break with our family of 4. What a beautiful, tranquil and wonderful private retreat. The beach is private, crystal clear water and the onsite Taco Bar serves a delicious menu for their guests. Thank you Zorba Team for sharing & creating this magical spot with us. Our daughters are ready to come back next year, and so are we! ☺️

Wow, still basking in the afterglow of our trip to Zorba. We stayed in the penthouse. Waking up in the sun drenched apartment with amazing views of the ocean is forever etched in my mind!We really felt taken care of. The team at Zorba has thought of every detail to make an unforgettable experience!

Best vacation ever!

We really got lucky with this place. When booking in Tulum (unless you’ve been there before) it’s quite a chore to figure out where the best location is. Needless to say, we really hit the jackpot here. It’s walking distance to everything you’ll want to be close to— the best restaurants, (the beachside location of course!) coffee shops, neighborhood taco places for the dress-down nights and walkable to the clubs without being too close and having to deal with the noise all night. Everything was super easy— Snow had cleaners come each day to take towels, refill water jugs, take trash etc. Don’t think twice. Just book it. We would definitely book this again next time we visit!
