This beautiful, two-bedroom, apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants. Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away. Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, two double bedrooms with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. There is a bright outlook and great view from the windows at both the front and rear of the property, which you can see in the photos! Guests will have the entire Apartment to themselves. Entry is a self-check in process using a key lock, but I am always available to contact if required. There is free on-street Parking outside and you can see a map to the Train Station in the listing photos above. There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment, accessed via a secure entry system. Being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. There are Double beds in both of the two bedrooms.&nbsp; Also, have a great time in Dundee!

Neil is not just a superhost, he is a super superhost! He goes far beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is 100%. Neil is professional,  approachable, flexible and an excellent communicator. I would have no hesitation totally recommending him and his properties and if I have need again Neil will certainly be my first port of call. Thanks Neil :) 

Lovely apartment quite close to the centre of Dundee. Has everything you need for a great holiday. Neil was in contact before, during and after our stay, checking that all was well. We will use this apartment again hopefully, when we return to Dundee in the future.

Neil is a fantastic host. The flat is beyond what we imagined, in a fantastic location and was perfect for our party of five. Communication with Neil was prompt and accurate, and he made sure to accommodate where he could. I highly recommend staying with Neil should you find yourself in Dundee!


Neil's flat is spotlessly clean and a fantastic base for exploring the area. Nice personal touches to make us welcome as well. Neil was also very quick to respond to any enquiry I made. Thoroughly recommended.
